Do I have to use a specific software to access the program?
No, this is the beauty of this training! It's designed to teach you everything you need, independent of tech.

Then this training is not for you. This is only for regularly practicing Yogis who are ready to up-level their practice. As a good measure, if you can hold Downward facing Dog comfortably for 1 minute, then you are ready to try Handstand training!
